After our two ECS games on Saturday, we held our 2023 prize ceremony. A couple of prizes had already been awarded at the AGM in December, but it was decided to wait until the end of that ECS before awarding the rest. In the end, we separated T10 cricket from our longer games (imagine calling mostly T20s "longer"!). President Sam Phillipps handed out the trophies, ably helped by treasurer Nathan Blyth with his generous offering of chocolate.

It’s been a tough start on the field to the season but at least Shriram has his first win as full-time captain, as does James Bentley as stand-in! There are six ECS group games still left with entry to the knockout rounds still up for grabs.

Net sessions will continue every Wednesday from 6-7:30pm and on Saturday from 10am-12pm in Montjuïc (except for when it clashes with a game). Please continue to confirm attendance via the poll on the WhatsApp group, as sessions may be cancelled due to lack of attendance. Sessions may also be cancelled due to bad weather or reasons beyond our control, so check the WhatsApp group beforehand. There will not be nets on Saturday, 17th February due to the international matches at the ground.

2024 Membership

Kit
A further order for playing kit has recently been sent and it should arrive this week. Please let Shriram or Vishesh know when you are attending so they can bring your items. They will only be handed out if paid for!
